ERBAB was established in 1978 in Bursa to provide machining services for the automotive and machinery industries. In 1998, the company received its ISO 9001 certification, followed by ISO TS 16949 in 2005, and has continued its operations ever since. Operating in its own facility with a total indoor area of 4,800 m², ERBAB houses 50 CNC machines, including CNC Lathes, CNC Sliding Automats, CNC Vertical Machining Centers, and 6-Spindle CNC Lathes.
ERBAB exports primarily to Germany and various other European countries, as well as to FIAT factories around the world through Tofaş FIAT. It also serves as a Tier 2 supplier for major automotive brands such as Ford, Renault, Opel, Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche.
With its expert team, ERBAB performs precision machining operations using bar materials such as steel, brass, cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, ranging from Ø2 to Ø65 mm, in its advanced machine park according to customer requirements.
The quality control laboratory is equipped with all necessary measuring and inspection devices, including a Mitutoyo CMM, Profile Projector, Contourmatic CV120, and surface roughness testers.
Thanks to its successful utilization of technology and human resources, ERBAB has consistently worked with determination and precision to increase its production capacity.
